My research explores how machine learning can bridge healthcare data gaps, particularly in underrepresented patient groups. I focus on synthetic data generation, biomedical sequence modeling, and explainable AI for clinical applications.

While at the lab, I've worked on two major projects: 

First, my TimeGAN COPD research, which I've been working on for about two years (I can't believe that in retrospect). 

And second, my protein tokenizer project which I've been working on for what's approaching a year now.

It's been an incredible experience and I'm so grateful to everybody who helped make it happen., especially everybody who works at the Big Data Research Lab.
